Rates
- Australia-wide shipping — $20 flat rate per case (6 bottles)
- Free delivery within the Hobart and Huon Valley regions
Dispatch & timing
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of receiving purchase. Delivery times vary by location — typically 2–7 business days after dispatch for most of Australia.
Age verification on delivery
Our carrier is required to verify the recipient is 18 or over at the time of delivery. Photo ID may be requested. Wine cannot be left unattended or delivered to a person under 18.
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or faulty wine
If your wine arrives damaged, corked, or otherwise faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wine@colladoway.com with a description and/or photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Change of mind
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind on perishable goods. Please choose carefully.
Lost or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, get in touch and we will investigate with our carrier.

What information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number via the cart. We do not collect payment card details.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfil your order
- To contact you about your order or future releases (only if you have opted in)

Sharing your information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to deliver your order (e.g. our shipping carrier) or where required by law.
Data retention
We retain order records for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Australian tax law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Mailing list
If you have signed up to our mailing list you may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.
