Fruit sourced from the Illumine vineyard in Cradoc, Huon Valley, farmed by the McKinley family and Paul Lipscombe. A mix of eight different clones of Pinot noir this wine shows the elegance typical of the long cool growing season in Australia's southernmost wine region. Think ripe blackberries and cherries, forest floor, and spice.

100% hand picked, hand destemmed, and basket pressed. 10% whole bunch fermented. 11 months ageing in French oak barrels, 20% new. Unfined, minimal intervention.
