Fruit sourced from Kinvarra vineyard in the upper Derwent Valley, farmed by Mark Hoey and Jamie Lee. Warm days and extremely cool nights develop rich stone fruit aromas while retaining plenty of natural acidity for balance.
100% hand picked, whole bunch pressed, and barrel fermented. Barrel aged on lees for 11 months with 20% new French oak. Unfined, minimal intervention.
